Led a crew of 22, ensuring efficient vessel operations and prompt response to emergencies. Demonstrated exceptional decision-making skills in navigating congested ports and navigating complex maritime regulations. Certified internal auditor of ISM/ ISPS/ MLC certified by IRS. Completed various 3rd party Navigational and Safety Audits . Compiled magazine on Log Loading for Columbia River Maritime Museum.

Successfully navigating challenging weather conditions and managing cargo operations and cargo carriage while maintaining a high safety standard. Led the crew onboard, ensuring efficient vessel operations and prompt response to emergencies. Demonstrated exceptional decision-making skills in navigating congested ports and complying with complex maritime regulations. Completed various 3rd party Navigational, VDR and Safety Audits. Carried out many dry dock operations of various ships under his command. Carried out rescue at sea for stranded fishing boat crew and successfully fought real world emergencies like fire on board.

Dr. Santosh has over 12 years of experience in competitive exam preparation and serves as a Science Faculty at MNOPTA. With a PhD in Chemistry from IFTM University and degrees from the University of Delhi, she helps students succeed in competitive exams by making science easy and more engaging.
