All course fees must be paid in full as per the instructions provided during admission.
Fees once paid are non-refundable, except in cases of course cancellation by MNOPTA.
Payment does not guarantee selection in IMU-CET or sponsorship exams. Our responsibility is to provide training and guidance.
4. Student Conduct
Students must maintain discipline and follow classroom guidelines.
Any misconduct may lead to termination of access without refund.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, videos, notes, and materials provided are the intellectual property of MNOPTA.
Sharing, distributing, or reproducing any content without permission is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
MNOPTA is not liable for:
Student’s personal exam performance or outcome.
Any indirect or incidental loss arising from website use or coaching services.
7. Website Use
You must not use our website for any unlawful activity.
MNOPTA reserves the right to restrict access or take legal action against misuse.
8. Modifications
MNOPTA reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.
