Refund Policy
At MNOPTA, we aim to provide clarity and transparency in all our financial dealings. Please read our refund policy carefully before enrolling.
1. Proportionate Refund on Withdrawal
If a student withdraws from the course after joining, the refund amount will be calculated proportionately to the number of days spent at the academy. The remaining balance will be refunded accordingly.
2. Non-Refundable Components
The following amounts will be deducted from the total fees before refund:
Cost of any study material, books, or printed resources provided
Charges for articles of uniform or issued gadgets (if any)
Cost of any online course access or digital learning platforms activated
3. Refund Timeline
All eligible refunds shall be processed and credited within 5 working days from the date of refund request.
4. No Claims on Unlisted Services
We have made every effort to clearly list all services and offerings on our website. No refund claims shall be entertained for services not explicitly mentioned on the website.
5. Installment Fee Policy
Students opting for fee installment plans must submit payments on time.
Late submissions may attract penalties.
Failure to pay the scheduled installments may lead to termination of admission without refund.
6. Online Transactions
MNOPTA is not responsible for any technical glitches or failures that occur during online fee payment or transactions.
7. Medical Emergency Policy
In case of a medical emergency, the institute will only bear the doctor’s consultation fee.
All other medical expenses (medicines, tests, procedures, etc.) must be borne by the student’s guardian.
8. Minor Treatments
For any minor health issues, the academy will bear all charges.
The decision on what constitutes a “minor” or “major” treatment lies solely with the academy.
